Service and Pricing
How much does service cost?
Pricing depends on your service frequency and number of dogs. Check our Services & Pricing page for current rates.
What is included in the service?
We remove visible dog waste from the service area, properly dispose of it, and leave your yard clean and ready to enjoy.
Do you offer a free initial cleanup?
Yes! Your first cleanup is FREE when you sign up for recurring weekly or biweekly service.
Do you have contracts?
No. There are no long-term contracts required.
How do I sign up?

How do I pay?
Payments are handled securely through our online system.
Your Yard
Do you clean the entire yard?
We clean accessible areas of your property included in your service.
What if I have multiple dogs?
No problem! We service homes with multiple dogs. Pricing may vary based on the number of dogs.
Do you service gated yards?
Absolutely. Just make sure we have access instructions before your scheduled service.
Do I need to be home?
Nope! As long as we can safely access the yard, you don't need to be home.
What happens during bad weather?
We work in most weather conditions. If severe weather prevents service, we'll communicate any schedule changes.

How often can I schedule service?
We offer weekly and biweekly recurring service.
Will I have a regular service day?
Yes. We'll establish a regular service day for your property.
Can I change my service?

Can I skip or pause service?
Contact us ahead of your scheduled service and we'll help with your account.
How do I cancel service?
Contact us and we'll take care of it. No long-term contract means you're not locked in.
Dogs and Pets
Is the service safe for my dogs?
Yes. We take care when entering, servicing, and leaving your property.
Do you service yards with puppies or large dogs?
Absolutely. Dogs of all breeds, ages and sizes are welcome.
Do I need to put my dogs inside?
Friendly dogs may be able to remain outside, but we may ask that protective, aggressive or overly excited dogs remain inside while we service the yard.
Do you sanitize your equipment?
Equipment is cleaned between properties to help prevent cross-contamination.

What happens to the waste?
We collect and properly dispose of the dog waste removed during service.
